1. Quick Weeknight Pasta

Ingredients:

– 200g whole wheat pasta

– 1 cup Yummiri’s Arrabbiata Sauce

– Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

– Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

2. In a separate pan, heat the Arrabbiata Sauce.

3. Drain pasta and toss with the sauce.

4. Serve with grated Parmesan or cheese of your preference and fresh basil leaves.

2. Spicy Chicken Arrabbiata 

Ingredients:

– 2 chicken breasts, diced

– 1 cup Yummiri’s Arrabbiata Sauce

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

-1/2 tbsp chilli flakes

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until browned.

2. Add the Arrabbiata Sauce with remaining ingredients and simmer.

3.Garnish with fresh coriander and serve a side of steamed vegetables or rice/naan.

 3. Arrabbiata Shakshuka

Ingredients:

– 4 eggs

– 1 cup Yummiri’s Arrabbiata Sauce

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet/Pan and add the Arrabbiata Sauce.

2. Make four small wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each.

3. Cover and cook until eggs are set to your preference.

4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with crusty bread.

4. Spicy Arrabbiata Meatballs

Ingredients:

– 500g ground/minced chicken or mutton 

– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 1 egg

– 1 cup Yummiri’s Arrabbiata Sauce

– 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

1. Mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, and egg. Form into meatballs.

2. Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the meatballs or simply Air fry them.

3. Add the Arrabbiata Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Serve with spaghetti or as a sub sandwich.

5. Arrabbiata Grilled Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:

– 1 pizza dough/Base or 4 slices Wholegrain Bread

– 1 cup Yummiri’s Arrabbiata Sauce

– 1 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

– Your favourite toppings (e.g., olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

2. Spread Arrabbiata Sauce over the pizza dough/Base or 4 slices Wholegrain Bread

3. Add cheese and toppings.

4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

6. Arrabbiata Tofu Scramble

Ingredients:

– 200g firm tofu, crumbled

– 1 cup Yummiri’s Arrabbiata Sauce

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add crumbled tofu.

2. Cook until tofu is lightly browned.

3. Add Arrabbiata Sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.

4. Serve with toast or as a wrap filling.

7. Paneer Tikka

Ingredients:

  • 250g paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Yummiri’s Arrabbiata Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the paneer cubes in the Arrabbiata Sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and bell peppers until slightly tender.
  3. Add the marinated paneer and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot as an appetizer or a side dish.

8. Arrabbiata Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 9 lasagna sheets
  • 2 cups Yummiri’s Arrabbiata Sauce
  • 500g ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook the lasagna sheets according to the package instructions.
  3. In a baking dish, spread a layer of Arrabbiata Sauce.
  4. Add a layer of lasagna sheets, followed by a layer of ricotta cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of Arrabbiata Sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
